Rumiko no Sake
This series started in 1992, and was named by Oze Akira, the manga artist who created Natsuko no Sake. The label is Oze Sensei’s design.
Hanabusa
This product line is made from organic Yamadanishiki rice grown by Moriki Shuzō and local Iga area farmers under contract to the brewery.
RIE STYLE
A new series bearing the name of our tōji, Toyomoto Rie.
Tae no Hana
The founder of Moriki Shuzō, Moriki Keiichirō, asked the local priest to divine a water source. A well was dug there, and the brewery established at the site.
Due to this faith-related beginning, two kanji from the Japanese name of the Lotus Sutra were taken for the brewery’s sake. Tae no Hana has been Moriki Shuzō’s brand since our establishment.
